[ORDER SOLUTION] National Organizations

Though American workers had been struggling to unionize in significant numbers since the 1860s, they were not very successful in building stable, robust national organizations until the 1930s. Why is this so, and what happened to create the conditions necessary for workers’ success in organizing labor unions?   How do we explain the rapid rise in membership, geographical spread, and power of the second Ku Klux Klan, beginning in the 1910s?
