In this Discussion Post tell us about your project evaluation. How did you decide to evaluate your goals and objectives? What assessment tools did you use to gather the data? Some agencies are reluctant to engage in program evaluation. Why do you suppose that is? What can happen if programs do not evaluate their goals and objectives?  Design an  Evaluation Plan with measurement procedures that will be used to determine if the goals and objectives of the grant project have been met.
