Thinking about what you know from the case study and what you have learnt about external analysis in Unit 4; critically discuss the KFH&RC external analysis process as outlined in the case study.
Throughout your discussions you are also required to address the following questions: What were the strengths and weaknesses of their external analysis? Why? What tools and techniques would you recommend for them to use to improve their external analysis in the future? Why?
