Evaluation of Curriculum

School districts/Organizations often feel they do not have the expertise to implement nor evaluate their curriculum. In these cases, outside independent consultants are often contracted/brought in to assist. Share your experience with using outside consultants : Be specific as to the purpose of their work in curriculum, their value, their effectiveness, their knowledge, and their impact.
