For your midterm examination, you are to identify a company in which strategy implementation has failed and prepare a five- to ten-pages paper exploring the nature of the strategy, its attempted implementation, and the five [see above] of more reasons why the strategy failed. Your paper should be between five- and ten-pages in length, typewritten on 8 ½ X 11 inch paper, doubled-spaced, with one-inch margins all around, no title page, your name and the title of your essay at the top of the first page, pages numbered at the bottom, use Times New Roman 12-point font.
