Pick a role, a company, and develop a 3 part hiring plan (about 3 pages as well).

1. Write the role description and qualification requirements.

2. What will be the process for hiring?

• In a brief to your hiring team (and likely as part of your role description/qualification requirements): What are you looking for in a candidate?
• What will the steps be of the interview process?
• What will the interview questions be?

3. Develop a brief project for the candidate to undertake as a hiring assignment.
