I’m studying for my Political Science class and need an explanation.

The journal article is called, “Gangs, Schools, and Social Change: An Institutional Analysis” by John M. Hagedorn. I will post the link at the bottom, so it can be easily accessible to the class. The research article relates to what will be discussed in lecture next Tuesday, and I think the class would find this article and its findings interesting.
