[SOLVED] USE QUALTRICS TO RECREATE A SURVEY. Qualtrics instructions is in the documents.

Help me study for my Internet Marketing class. I’m stuck and don’t understand.

For Sunday, you need to edit the SW inflight survey that I posted as a PDF on D2L. This is an actual survey that was sent to me after a flight…and it’s NOT GOOD! It violates a lot of the DO NOT DO’s of survey design.

First, create a word document where you go through and identify the problems with the survey, and how you intend to fix them! Think about what kind of data is being gathered, how it would be used, how it could be better crafted, etc. Try to stick as close to the language from the book and videos as possible.

NEXT, using Qualtrics, completely recreate the SW survey — this is great experience on how to use the tool successfully. REALLY FOCUS on fixing violations of the “do not do” and “definitely do” issues discussed around survey development. Make sure you pay attention to flow and format — this shouldn’t be all one page. There should be an introduction and a “sign-off” page.
