Organizations implement change strategies for any number of reasons. But why do change initiatives fail so often? Did you know that change initiatives fail about 70% of the time? This is an astounding statistic. Consider a leader’s role in the change process. Consider who a leader is, and consider how leaders at every level can make an impact on change initiative success.We will begin this study by reviewing some models that may help to support the change process. This week’s module presents you some of those models. There are more.
