A trustmark is a badge, image or logo displayed on online business websites to indicate that the website has been determined to be trustworthy by the issuing organization.  Some common trustmarks include those for the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Norton, McAfee, and TRUSTe.  Visit the  websites for 4 online businesses of your choosing, that displays a trustmark on its homepage.  Using these questions, create a bar graph to compare and contrast each selected business in the online dispute resolution process. 1.  What form of ADR/ODR does the trustmark program use to resolve conflicts between the customer and business?  2.  Does the trustmark organization post any actual decisions that were rendered?  3.  Is there any statistical data about the program?  Prepare a bar graph reflecting your findings.
