Understanding Leadership Impact

Describe your leadership experience(s) where you were effective in your position. This is an admissions application essay to Physician Assistant school, not medical school, and not an assignment. The purpose of this is to showcase my relevance to this program. Below is the mission statement for the intended institution “The mission of the Butler University PA program is to produce graduates with a foundation in primary care to deliver high quality, patient-centered care in a wide variety of clinical settings. The program is accredited through the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA). Butler has had continued Accreditation since 1996, reflecting our solid curriculum, students’ and faculty’s professionalism, leadership, and service” The rewrite must apply to admissions and adequately address the question. I do not want citations; this is a perspective essay. You may infer leadership impacts based on what may appeal to admissions or your understanding of leadership impact. No plagiarism will be tolerated. The piece will be put through software before submission. I have started with a narrative to open it up and keep it interesting to read. The following the narrative the I would like the question to be addressed directly then expounded upon in detail. I find myself writing mechanically and militaristic and am hoping someone can help smooth this out for my intended audience. Below I have listed some general impacts of my leadership.
