Social Organization Research

Select and research any organization of your choice and proceed to examine its vision, mission, objectives, organization structure and social processes. Guiding questions include and are not limited to: ·What is the nature of the organization selected? ·Does this organization frame a specific social problem, and exist as a means to “help”? Who are the beneficiaries of this “help”? ·What theories (and broader social structures) are likely to explain the existing phenomena? ·What is your general assessment of the organization from a sociological perspective? ·How does this organization intersect with and reinforce cultural constructs and patterns of inequality? ·Why is it important to understand this issue?   Papers to be 5 pages, typed, double-spaced, with Times new Roman, 12-point font (exclusive of bibliography). At least 5 credible sources must be properly cited in a bibliography (regardless of the medium).
