I’m studying for my Nursing class and need an explanation.

The manager of a medical surgical unit has observed, and had complaints about, lack of teamwork between the RN’s and the patient care techs (PCT’s). Your task is to propose a plan to enhance team work on the unit

For the above plan (enhancing teamwork between nurses and patient care techs) I need to create SWOT analysis- wich is to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities for improvement, and treats to my plan. For each category I need 4 bullet points with references. I will provide article that has to be used. Please create 4 powerpoint slides for the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities for improvement, and treats– that have to be about the teamwork.
