I’m studying and need help with a Psychology question to help me learn.

Question 1: The US political system is dominated by males, although we do have a small percentage of females in our government depending on the office. Why is it important to have all sex and gender identities represented in government? Do not just think male and female go beyond this. Remember 1 source is required to be used and cited within your posting and a reference citation at the end of the posting.

Question 2: How do you believe the gender system, roles, expectations and ideologies will change over the next 5, 10, 20 or even more years in the future?
