I need to design an activity plan about cultural exchange

I don’t know how to handle this Art & Design question and need guidance.

1. It should be written ONLY in ENGLISH. (don’t worry about the Japanese)

2. The purpose of doing this work is to show MY IDEAS about promoting cultural exchanges. (I am a Chinese student, and this designed activity will be submitted to graduate school in Japan.)

3. I hope the theme of this program is about how Chinese students can integrate into Japanese society and culture.

4. If possible, please make the content that you wrote into PDF with pictures as what were shown in the brochure.
