I need an explanation for this Health & Medical question to help me study.

During this week I would like you to write about your experience the last few days or last week wearing your new pedometer. You don’t have to answer all of these questions, they are here to give you some topics or ideas to get you started on your response. What was something that you discovered about your walking habits?

Did you walk more because you were wearing the pedometer?

Did you listen to music when you walked, did it make the time go faster?

Did you walk more or less than you thought you did?

Did you try to increase the number of steps you took each day, competing against yourself?

Do you think this is a good tool for children, would it motivate them to be more active? Why or why not?

Will you continue wearing the pedometer once the class is over?
