You have been recently promoted to the newly created role of diversity coordinator and will head the internal diversity team, which includes department managers. Your first task is to create a presentation that will educate your team members on the concepts of health, health care disparities, and social determinants of health and explain the relationships of these concepts.
In addition, you need to educate them on relevant data and statistics related to existing health disparities in the local community and describe the current community efforts being made to address them.
