In the movie law abiding citizen the weakness of the judicial system were shown and also the idea of plea bargaining was portrayed. What is play bargaining? Who came up with the idea of play bargaining And when and where was the 1st used? Why can’t plea bargaining be seen as a weakness to our unitedstates Judicial system? Why can plea bargaining be a positive in the judicial system ? What are some current examples of the court system?( Do research on at least 3 cases and explained the cases in as much detail as possible) Do you think there is a better system then using the plea bargain system?
