Discuss Plan for Development Using your discoveries, describe how you plan to develop these abilities which are important to you as you move from the real to the ideal. Include each of the sub-sections below, and remember to focus on specific ability development – not general self-improvement. Where possible, be as specific as possible. Discuss day-to-day strategies and behaviors that you will engage in to move closer to the ideal. Explore and list possibilities for incorporating current and future SMAC’s that you will do in other courses into this overall plan.
