To the analysis, you must first choose an organization that you are interested in. The organization can be for-profit, non-profit, or must then address the following questions about the organization: 1. What is the history of the organization? 2. How has the governance of the organization evolved over time? Have there been any dramatic events that have changed how the organization is governed? 3. Is the governance structure of the organization unusual or unique in any way? 4. How many directors are there? What proportion of the directors are executive/non-executive? 5. Who are the dominant shareholders? How much of the firm do they own? 6. Is the CEO and Chairperson the same person? You are allowed to include graphs and tables of directors in your assignment. The length of the assignment should be about 2 pages (no shorter).
