They are laid elders people because of their age. people have this assumation elder are weak which airheaded.Part of this prejudice relates to physical appearance(levy, 2018).      Describe how issues might reveal themselves in your future social work practice in a manner similar to or different from that which your colleagues anticipate. In issue might revels  in my future social work practice age discrimation in workplace. Ageism in the workplace is entirely unjustified except perhaps for jobs that are physically demanding,and, in nursing, limits workforces and the use of available expertise.Due to ageism and the increasing proportion of older workers, laws were passed in the US to prevent age discrimination in the workplace.
