Formal  Assignment  Case question 1.            What do you think was the main issue in this case? 2.            If you were Sonya what would have done? 3.            Is this normal business practices? 4.            Does this violate any laws? 5.            If so what law research it on the Internet. 6.            Does the fact that everyone does it make it right?   INSTRUCTIONS  You will complete your paper in several steps.  These steps are put in place to make it easier for you to manage the work and for me to provide feedback.  All steps are typed and double spaced (5-7) pages .  These steps are: Step 1.   Write a brief summary of the Case.  This should be about a paragraph long.  This is an example of “informal writing”.  You will not get a letter grade for this assignment.  It is graded for completion.  Further, your grammar and composition not as important as putting your thoughts about the case on paper.   Step 2.  You will submit a rough draft of your final paper.  The instructor will look over your rough draft and provide comments.  Revision is a very important part of the writing process.  Use my comments as help in revising your final paper. Step 3.  Submit your final draft.
