Overcoming Negative Tendencies

During the leadership course, the instructor requested us to asked our collogues and friends to use the trait assessment questioner to rate each other’s. However, my lowest scores were in sensitivity (Avg. 3.6 out of 5) and self-assurance (Avg. 4 out of 5). Need to mention, that I would like to change my profession and join a new organization as a recruiter.
