Active Shooters Crime Discussion

Step 1:   Using the internet (and/or other sources) locate information regarding mass (active shooter) shooting situations. Step 2 – Using the information found in step 1 above, write  2 – 3 page Paper and analysis:  a). Discussing causal factors driving mass (active) shooters (apply the criminological theory or theories you believe best fit the reasons individuals engage in mass shootings).  b). Describe the differences in crime control policy, if mass shootings were categorized as a mental health problem as opposed to criminal behavior as described by a White House official(s), more particularly, regarding a statement believed to be made by President Donald Trump.  Please provide references in APA format.
