Affordable Health Care Act
The Affordable Health Care Act was signed into law on March 23, 2010. It put into motion comprehensive health insurance reforms to roll out over four years and beyond. Most changes were in place by 2014. With the law in place, implementation moved forward, and hundreds of complicated provisions are in effect. Discuss the current state of the law, considering the ruling of the Supreme Court and the fact that in November of 2018 it continues to be the law of the land; providing health care to millions despite political attempts to destroy it.
