After completing your self-assessment, prepare a paper on your leadership style. In your paper, address the following questions:
- What do your results from the assessment say about you as a leader?
- How accurately do you think they portray you? What new insights have you learned about yourself? What results do you think are inaccurate?
- Consider the leadership assessments discussed this week, which ones do you feel would be most beneficial to participate in? Why?
- How would you like to increase your leadership ability?
- How could you apply the principles of one of the leadership theories discussed in the course to increase your leadership ability?
- What role, if any, do you feel your gender plays in your leadership style?
- What steps can you take to ensure you lead in an ethical manner?

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.

They consider it essential to make those they lead aware of, as well as part of, their vision.
