Ideally, you can find one national and one foreign law on the same topic. In many cases, you may not find a foreign law that “matches” with a national law. Nation-states legislate according to their own situations which may vary from ours. Also, nations may organize their legislation differently.For example, while the FARs have a section on aircraft speeds, the EU might associate EU speed limits with each specific type of airspace or under the topic of air traffic control. Your research develops the learning objective of using various keywords and phrases to find what you seek. Sometimes, similar, or identical laws might not exist for a specific topic or situation. Americans, Europeans, Asians, and other people groups think differently. So, you are also allowed to choose to analyze and discuss two completely different laws.If you choose two to analyze two different laws, then explain the reason(s) why you have chosen your two completely different laws.
