B2B versus B2C
The process of B2C and B2B are similar, yet different. Therefore, taking your experience as a consumer, imagine you are now the purchasing manager of your college and you need to buy not one, but 1,000 computers for the science department; therefore, before you send out an RFP (Request For Proposal), you must assess the following: Need recognition, Product specification, RFP process, Proposal analysis and supplier selection, Orders specification, Vendor/performance assessment using metrics. Carefully outline the process and explain how you would go through each step of the B2B purchasing process. Your submission should be a 2 -3 page APA formatted paper, not including your title page, with a minimum of 2 resources (online/reference/publication/articles)
