Biographical Information

choose one artist, then do two paragraphs; the first paragraph is talking about the artist life, then the second paragraph talking about his work and .. as answering the questions insert four images of his work and add them  Some of the research you may want to implement in conjunction to each artist/architect: 1) Identify artist/architect in conjunction to the movement/style 2) Explain why you have picked this particular artist/architect from the list? 3) How does your interest in this particular artist/architect apply to your own work? How does he/she inspire you as an artist/designer? 4) How does his/her work relate to the time it was/is made? 5) Please make sure to include biographical information such as place of birth, family background, education. Further research could involve looking into the artists & movements that have influenced his/her work, etc. List of artists/architects: 6) Gaughin 9) Wassily Kandinsky 10) Walter Gropius (architect) 11) Paul Klee 12) Corbusier (architect) 13) Frank Loyd Wright (architect) 14) Mies Van der Rohe (architect) Assignment: Please seek images online for each artist/architect (at least 4 images). Save these images on your computer and print them in color for your sketchbook. Begin working with an image, drawing inspiration from one work or several, so that you can become better acquainted with the artist and draw your own inspiration from their work. Moreover, please select 1 artist/architect per week (a requirement), and make sure to research each artist, thus a biographical outline should be listed in your sketchbook as well as your own observations, studies, sketches.
