Capstone weekly journal

I need an explanation for this Nursing question to help me study.

Students are required to maintain weekly reflective narratives throughout the course to combine into one course-long reflective journal that integrates leadership and inquiry into current practice as it applies to the Professional Capstone and Practicum course.

In your journal, you will reflect on the personal knowledge and skills gained throughout this course. The journal should address a variable combination of the following, depending on your specific practice immersion clinical experiences:

1. New practice approaches
2. Intraprofessional collaboration
3. Health care delivery and clinical systems
4. Ethical considerations in health care
5. Population health concerns
6. The role of technology in improving health care outcomes
7. Health policy
8. Leadership and economic models
9. Health disparities

Students will outline what they have discovered about their professional practice, personal strengths and weaknesses that surfaced, additional resources and abilities that could be introduced to a given situation to influence optimal outcomes, and finally, how the student met the competencies aligned to this course.

While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.

This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.

THIS IS A 10 WEEK JOURNAl, please do not make a paragraph for each topic it has to be a paragraph for each week adressing the topics above starting by week 1 until you reach week ten, this has already been posted on studypool by other students if you need reference. My practice is being held on a general practice medical office for patients 18 and older which pretty much is just a doctor’s office where patients come with all sort of concerns and I’m under the supervision of a nurse practitioner who is the one that sees the patients most of the time. My capstone project will be related to the effects of diet on controlling diabetes mellitus even though the journals dont have to be strictly related to that topic, they are just a reflection of the skills and knowledge that I gained through these weeks. The population visiting the clinic are mostly Hispanics and Caucasians with Hispanics being the majority.
