Ensure the book report is applicable to the students focus area. The report will include a title page, the report, and a reference page (the length requirement does not include the title page or reference page). In addition, discuss how the airline is communicating their efforts to the public. What marketing channels are they using? In your opinion, do they need to do more to let the public know? Does it matter? Why or why not? (Do not address the carbon emissions issue; address the communication channels used by the airline.)
