You will be researching a “Best Practice” in an area of nursing you are interested in. You will describe the best practice and why you chose it. You will also need to summarize the findings of your articles that relate to your best practice. You will need to explain how this best practice is relevant to new nurses and lastly, what is the nurse’s role in evidence-based practice and research. You need to use a minimum of 2 recent (within the last 3 years), peer-reviewed, scholarly articles that you include with your submission. Your paper must be 3-5 pages and follow APA formatting. Please follow the rubric below for paper structure.

The following post is from another student to wish i have to reply adding some extra information. less than 20 % similarity   3 paragraph   One qualitative research design that I would choose for my study would be ethnography.  Ethnography is the description and interpretation of cultural behavior (Polit & Beck, 2017).  In other words, it analyzes the culture’s ways and their interactions with their own group.  In addition, the research can comprehend their way of living and their ritual without being part of it. The sample that I would select would be critical case sampling.  Critical case sampling involves selecting important cases regarding the phenomenon of interest (Polit & Beck, 2017).  For instance, they select the one case that is most relevant to their study.  This sampling is not like random sampling, critical case sampling focus on selecting specific case study.  The data collection that I would use would be descriptive observation.  Descriptive observation helps observers figure out what is going on (Polit & Beck, 2017).  Descriptive observation relates more toward my selection of ethnography because it requires observation to gather the information needed for the study.  Therefore, by observing they can gain sufficient data to be able to conclude how a specific group act, live, and interacts. Polypharmacy is defined as being on 5 or more medicines, and is a major concern for providers as the use of multiple medicines is common in the older population with multimorbidity, and as one or more medicines may be used to treat each condition.
