Anticipatory Guidance for Neonates to Adolescents Table 580
Need help with my Health & Medical question – Im studying for my class.
See attached Ruberic
Anticipatory guidance helps family, caregivers, and others know what to expect according to the childs growth and development. The guidance is done through collaboration between the healthcare provider and the caregiver. It is sometimes thought of as a type of counseling. Nurse practitioners working in pediatric primary care need to be experts on anticipatory guidance. There are excellent resources available and these are being updated as technologies and environments change.
This Assignment will demonstrate your ability to describe age-specific anticipatory guidance for the child and the family. Additionally, you will then have a reference table for quick glance created by you for future encounters with pediatric individuals and their families.
This assignment has a template that you will use to fill in the relevant elements of the anticipatory guidance per age group. The columns provide guidance to the specific areas such as safety and immunizations. If there is an area that is not applicable, such as oral health in infancy-newborn group, then place N/A in the box.

Film Responses
Im stuck on a Film question and need an explanation.
Format: Responses should be about 400-500 words. They do not have to be very formal (e.g., you can use I), but they should be in paragraphs that relate to one another. You do not need to use time codes for citing examples from the film texts; simply state something like in the scene in which to orient the reader.
You should answer one of the following questions (although you may discuss topics that are tangentially related to the question if you find them interesting). You can answer the same question in two responses, but you should not answer the same one for all three.
1. Identify two or three key aesthetic elements of the film (aspects of sound, mise-enscène, cinematography, editing, or narrative structure). First, describe the element(s) as precisely as you can. Use technical terms if you know them, and if you dont, simply be as precise with your adjectives as you can be. Second, state how the aesthetics affect the story. For example, the same story may have quite a different impact in a slow-paced film than in a fast-paced film.
2. What aspect(s) of society/culture appear powerfully in the film? How does the film reflect on this/these aspect(s)? That is, what does the film teach you or have to say about particular social or cultural conditions or events? Give evidence of specific moments in the film.
3. Discuss the genre of the film (you can define genre however you want documentary vs. fiction, detective film vs. rom-com, childrens vs. adult film, etc.). What are the key features of the film that make you categorize the film this way? Does it seem a typical example of its genre, or quite unusual? How so? You can but do not have to discuss other films that may have influenced or been influenced by this film. 4. What kind of an audience does the film appear to have been made for? For example, does it seem to be accessible to an international audience, or does it make assumptions that the audience will have certain, specific cultural or historical knowledge? Does it speak to all ages, or is it addressed specifically to adults? Does it address an audience with a lot of institutionalized education, or a less formally educated audience? Give evidence of specific moments in the film or specific aspects of the film.

I dont understand this Social Science question and need help to study.
Community education and advocacy are both important components of the work that human service professionals do with children and their families. Both types of interventions play an important role in work with this population. For this Assignment, you are going to have the opportunity to choose a social issue that impacts children and their families and discuss the influence of both advocacy and community education on the issue that you identify. Your Assignment needs to address the components listed below.
- Choose a social issue that impacts children and their families and provide some background about the issue (who is impacted, how many people, and so forth). Some examples of social issues that you could choose include, but are not limited to, child abuse and neglect, teenage pregnancy, and homelessness.
- Determine two different ways that a human service professional could advocate for the social issue that you discussed.
- Specify how a human service professional would provide community education related to the social issue that you chose.
- Assess the effectiveness of advocacy and community education for the social issue that you discussed. In your answer, be certain to indicate if you think advocacy or community education is more effective for the social issue. If you think that they are both effective, be sure to indicate how and why.
- Identify an organization that provides advocacy for the social issue you have discussed, and an organization that provides community education related to the issue. In your answer, be certain to examine whether or not you think the organizations are effective, and if you would change or add anything related to their advocacy or education services.
Your Assignment should reflect professional writing standards using proper tone and language. The writing style should be correct, accurate, and reflect knowledge of the role of advocacy and community education in work that is done with children and their families. The paper should be 34 pages, double spaced, and in APA format. You should include a minimum of four reputable references in your paper, with one of the references being your textbook.

Discussion on simulation
Need help with my Computer Science question – Im studying for my class.
Chapter three deals with the assessment of the quality of the simulation. The first section of the chapter pointed out the problems of the standard view and the constructivist view in evaluating social simulations. Simulation is good when we get from it what we originally would have liked to get from the target; in this, the evaluation of the simulation is guided by the expectations, anticipations, and experience of the community that uses it. This makes the user community view the most promising mechanism to assess the quality of a policy-modeling exercise. The second section looks at a concrete policy-modeling example to test this idea.
Chapter 3. Q1: Based on the author’s assessment on the quality of social simulation modeling, why did they think that the user community needed to be enabled to understand the model?
- identify and name the reason why the user community needed to be enabled to understand the model,
- provide a brief narrative to support your answer,
- DONT COPY and PASTE responses from textbooks and any other digital Internet sources, it’s Verbatim!

Whats Your Mind-set? Two Views
- The fixed mind-setbelieving your basic qualities are carved in stone.People with a fixed mind-set are concerned about how they will be judged, as on intelligence or personal qualities. They believe, My intelligence is something very basic that cant be changed very much. Or, Im a certain kind of person, and theres not much that can be done to change that. They care less about learning than looking bad when failure occurs.
- The growth mind-setbelieving your basic qualities can be changed through your effort.People with a growth mind-set are concerned with improving. They think, You can always change your intelligence quite bit. Or, You can always change basic things about the kind of person you are. Failure for these kinds of people may well feel bad, but instead of hiding their deficiencies from others they try to overcome them. Fortunately, by applying themselves, people of a fixed mind-set can develop a growth mind-set.
Answer:
Your approach to learning wont stop once you leave school. Most organizations now are learning organizations, in which employees are continually required to expand their ability to achieve results by obtaining the right knowledge and changing their behavior. Thus, your mind-set matters. Which type are you? What can a person begin to do to move from a fixed mind-set to a growth mind-set?

The Tragedy of Othello, The Moor of Venice
Please choose one of the prompts below and then keep track of quotes as we read the play:
Prompt #1:
Othello is deemed a tragedy for a reason. At the conclusion of the play, many are left dead, and the audience is left with quite a few unresolved issues. Even more frustrating to the audience is often the thought, How could this all have happened? Both Iago and Othello could be considered responsible for Othellos fall from grace. Iago is manipulative and malicious, while Othello is green-eyed and distrustful.
Based on your reading of the play, write a convincing essay debating which character is most accountable for Othellos fall from grace.
Be sure to:
– Choose to focus your essay on whether it is Iagos or Othellos character that is most accountable for
Othellos fall from grace.
– Clarify what you mean by accountable and fully develop the concept throughout the essay.
– Support your claim with specific evidence and well-developed textual justification.
Prompt #2:
Much of what occurs in Othello focuses on Othellos otherness the fact that he is a Moor and his racial
identity. His otherness even creates (what becomes) insurmountable insecurities within Othello himself. Taking into consideration this large emphasis on Othellos race, answer the following prompt:

However, there are moments throughout the play where we, as an audience and readers, almost sympathize with him and might even find ourselves liking him. Thinking about Iagos soliloquies and the moments where he has us intrigued, answer the following prompt.
Based on your reading of the play, which of Iagos soliloquies is his most powerful in convincing the reader
(or audience) to sympathize with him? Why?
