The higher on the pyramid of level of evidence the less amount of studies done and is because of the filtering process to be there. Meta-Analysis and Systematic Reviews being the strongest level of evidence for best practices really go thru a rigorous process. These studies are well designed, provide also clinician’s expertise in making decisions about patient care, in other words provide strong evidence for best practices and better patient out comes.

- What is required in the industry is more than a flat, unprocessed delivery of industry or market facts. Your analysis should:
- Identify the forces at work in the industry, what you conclude about the industry, and how your client fits in to the industry structure.
- Include comments and preliminary conclusions about your clients position in the industry and their issue as stated in the project description.

RE: Discussion – Week 7 Kristine Kitchener
Health policies are established to support patient care and protect their safety. According to Stevens, in order to improve patient outcomes, new knowledge needs to be
translated into clinically useful types efficiently applied throughout the entire care team with all program contacts, and measured in terms of meaningful impact on results
and health outcomes (2013). Implementing evidence-based safety practices are difficult and need strategies that address the complexity of a system of care, individual
practitioners, senior leadership, and ultimately change in healthcare cultures to be evidenced-based safety practice environment (Titler, M., 2013). It has long been known that public healthpolicy, in
the form of laws, regulations, and guidelines, has a profound effect on health status. (Brownson, Chrisui, and Stamatakus, 2009).
As we know opioid abuse has been a continuing problem causing millions of deaths over the years. The miss-use and addiction continues to rise. On
October 24, 2018, President Trump signed into policy/law, The Substance Use Disorder Prevention Act that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for patients. This
policy/law was passed by both the Senate and the House. The Act is intended to help with the opioid epidemic by including treatment, prevention, recovery, and
enforcement (Musumeci & Tolbert, 2018). This new policy helps states provide coverage and service to people who have Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and especially helps
those in need of opioid treatment. Working in the hospital I have seen a decrease in the use of opioids.
The hospitals that I work for, MS Contin has been completely eliminated from our Pyxis. The support act now requires that states have drug utilization review safety edits
in place for refills, monitor concurrent prescribing opioids and other drugs, and monitor antipsychotic prescribing being four children (Musumeci & Tolbert, 2018). Now
Medicaid providers check prescription drug monitor programs before prescribing. I agree having a closer eye and being more restrictive on controlled substances will
benefit the public making it harder to obtain. Hopefully, the result will be that the opioids only going to the people who actually need them. I personally have seen a
dramatic change in the decreased amount of prescriptions written for opioids.

Need help with my Law question – Im studying for my class.
Textbook:Computer Forensics and Cyber Crime: An Introduction3rd Edition, 2013Marjie T. BritzPearson
Each unit examination includes a written component. This assignment may be in the form of written questions or case study problems. The writing assignment affords the student an opportunity to demonstrate a level of subject mastery beyond the objective unit examinations, which reflects his/her ability to analyze, synthesize, evaluate and apply his/her knowledge. The writing assignment materials are found immediately following each unit examination.Writing assignments are judged on the quality of the response in regard to the question. Word count is NOT one of the criteria that is used in assigning points to writing assignments. However, students who are successful in earning the maximum number of points tend to submit writing assignments that fall in the following ranges:Undergraduate courses: 350 – 500 words per question.
Citation StylesThe majority of your response should be your own original writing based on what you have learned from the textbook. However, students may also use outside materials if applicable. Be sure to provide a citation and a reference for any materials used, including the required textbook. The following points are designed to help you understand how to provide proper citations and references for your work:
Sources are listed in two places.
The first, a citation, is briefly listed within your answer. Thisincludes identifying information that directs the reader to your list of references at the end of your writing assignment. The second, a reference, is at the end of your work in the list of references section. All sources cited should follow APA style and provide enough identifying information so that the reader can access the original material.More detailed information about citations and references can be located on the Coast Connection student portal. You can find this in the portal by clicking on Student Resources and then Writing Lab
I need an essay on 2 contracts analysis.
Help me study for my Business Law class. Im stuck and dont understand.
You will be given 2 contracts with questions to be answered for each contract. I am looking for the ability to read and comprehend the contract so the appropriate contract clause can be applied to the questions connected with each contract. In order to answer the contract fact scenario, you will also need to be able to identify the legal concept that is applicable to the situation described. This is an analysis so please treat it as such. Your personal opinion is not appropriate.
There are correct answers for each question. If a student discusses a different legal theory for answering the questions, partial points will be given. In cases of complete or partial answers, text references are mandatory to support the remedy proposed by the student. A text reference that has no bearing on the remedy or legal arguments will be counted as “no text”. For example, if any contract has an issue of risk of loss, referencing the text on contract formation will not meet the requirement.
Please remember to reference the applicable parts of the contract that you are using to answer each question.
Each question is worth 15 points. Within each question, a student will be given 3 points for the text reference, 3 points for the contract reference, with 9 points for the analysis.
The remaining 3 points will be given as an a spelling/grammar score. Following are the prompts.
Residential House Lease
The following question is based on the Residential House Lease found in the Contracts Module. Please reference the Lease by clause number as you answer the questions.
- Essay (2 complete paragraphs with text references to support your answers)
Maria, the landlord, refuses to fix a small leak in the roof that was there prior to the current tenant. Juan, the current tenant, has just discovered the leak after a heavy rain. The consequence is that black mold has been forming in the attic for quite some time. Juan still has significant time remaining on his lease. Juan has notified Maria in writing of the mold and leak issue but has received no response. He is concerned about the premises becoming unsafe to live in. It has been 14 days since he emailed her his notification. What are all of Juans options if Maria declines to do the repairs? Please discuss all remedies Juan may seek.
UCC Sales Contract
The following question is based on the Sales Contract found in the Contracts Module. Please reference the Sales Contract by clause number as you answer the questions. Remember, this is a contract under the UCC.
- Essay (2 complete paragraphs minimum per essay with text and contract references to support your answers)
You received non-conforming goods as a result of an ambiguity in the contract. You ordered goods thinking you would get a particular product. You wanted Razor scooters. That was the original oral communication when you first contacted the selling merchant. You both talked about and agreed on Razor scooters. Thereafter, in phone conversations, you and the seller just used the phrase scooters. The seller prepared a written contract. The contract was signed by both parties. The selling merchant then shipped scooters that are in perfect condition but they are not Razor scooters. Upon receipt of the goods, what are all your merchant options under the contract?
Why are text references important? Contract language does not exist in a vacuum. It is written based on the law. It is critical, therefore, to cite to the text and the contract to support your analysis.

Required Texts: Norton Anthology of English Literature Volume 2 (Norton),
Daniel Defoe Robinson Crusoe (Penguin),
Mary Shelley Frankenstein (Dover),
Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol (Prestwick),
Oscar Wilde The Picture of Dorian Gray (Modern Library), and also other selected poems, essays, and historical documents that will be handed out in class and/or posted on Blackboard.
Read Instructions here, Follow Rubric
Critical Response #1 MLA Format
In Daniel Defoes Robinson Crusoe, why does Robinson Crusoe spend almost no time trying to actually get off of the island until about 24 years into his residency on that island?
Please write a critical response based on this question. Your paper should be 2-3 pages long (meaning at least 2 full pages), double-spaced, with 1 margins using Times New Roman 12 point font, and it should conform to the Critical Response Papers Rubric handed out in class and also available on Blackboard. You must also use at least 4 direct quotations from the novel to support the claims that you make in your paper, cited with parenthetical references in correct MLA format like this (Defoe 17).
This paper is due on Friday, January 24th.
Critical Response Papers Rubric
Critical response papers will be graded on a scale of 0 to 10.My comments on those papers will often be minimal. The main reason for this is the fact that these shorter papers are mainly for the purpose of helping you, as a reader of each reading assignment, to materialize your thoughts and opinions concerning the readings for the purpose of discussion. These shorter papers are graded mainly on your ability to effectively articulate your opinions, ideas, and arguments concerning each reading. In that respect, they are practice papers for the larger papers where your ability to formulate an effective written argument is of extremely high importance. Therefore, my comments on those papers will almost always pertain to technical aspects, such as the effective incorporation of quotations and evidence into your discussion, as well as formatting and documentation issues. The actual content of the papers will be discussed in small-group and full-class discussions, almost always during the class when the paper is due.So basically, the comments on the content of these critical response papers will be almost exclusively verbal, and in the form of class discussion. In terms of the grading of these papers, basic formatting expectations (i.e. stapled document, correct font/margins, etc.; basically worth 1 point each) still apply, but here are some specific aspects of critical response papers that will negatively affect your grade, and their general corresponding point values, broken down into 5 basic categories of criteria:
- Not answering the prompt or questions assigned in class and/or listed on-line sufficiently enough could negatively affect your grade by as much as 10 points, so this is obviously the most important aspect.Just be sure to answer any and all assigned questions/prompts for each critical response paper.
- Also, be sure to answer those questions/prompts effectively.A critical response paper that displays a shallow reading of the material or a mediocre discussion of the questions at hand could lose as many as 5 points or just one point in terms of its grade, depending on the quality of the answer.
- Not reaching the minimum page length could also greatly affect the grade of a critical response paper in a negative way.Generally, a paper that is short of the minimum requirement will lose points in relation to the total points possible and its ratio to the minimum number of pages required.Basically, for a 3-4 page critical response paper, the number of points per page would be around 3-4 each, or 5 points each for a 2-3 page paper, depending also upon the quality of the writing and the extent to which the paper is successful or unsuccessful in relation to the other criteria discussed on this rubric that you are currently reading.
- Making sure that you are using the minimum number of quotations required for each paper is also an important part of the critical response grade, and it is also important to cite the quotations in correct MLA format (meaning that there needs to be quotation marks around each quotation, and there needs to be a corresponding parenthetical reference for each quotation in correct MLA format). The rest of the paper also needs to be in correct MLA format (1 margins, double-spaced, and no extra spaces between paragraphs).Generally, a point will be deducted for the lack of each quotation under the minimum, and a point will be deducted for each parenthetical reference that either does not appear or is not in the correct format (and that means that all necessary information must appear in the reference and it all must be presented with correct punctuation).A point or more will be deducted due to not being in correct MLA format, overall.
- Also, each quotation that is not introduced and connected to your own language within the sentence that the quotation appears will lose a point (meaning, no floating quotations).Basically, dont just have your quotations exist as their own independent sentences within your document.Connect them to your own language within the same sentence.
Performance Evaluation
I need an explanation for this Business question to help me study.
Write a 1-2 page executive summary, along with an appendix of supporting information, in which you analyze an organization’s financial performance as well as their level of risk for lending and make and present a recommendation to help leadership make a loan decision.
Introduction
This portfolio work project will help you complete a thorough review of an organizations financial performance as well as their level of risk for lending. Your recommendation will help leadership create a loan portfolio, and your executive summary will clearly and concisely communicate your review to others in the organization.
Scenario
You work for an organization that provides loans to businesses. You are working with a client who is requesting a loan that will require a review of financial and related performance documents. You have been asked to review the documents and summarize your findings in a loan recommendation for your management team.
You may apply this scenario to either Option 1 or Option 2, described in Requirements below.
Your Role
You are a loan manager for a lending organization, and your responsibilities include reviewing loan requests and providing recommendations in regard to whether the loan requests should be funded.
Requirements
Option 1:
Your client works for Ace Company. Assume Ace Company requested a $3 million 10-year loan to purchase production equipment and develop accompanying software. Use the Ace Company Data document for this option.
Option 2:
Use a firm or scenario of your choosing.
Before choosing a company, read the assessment thoroughly to ensure:
- The company fits the assessment requirements.
- You have access to the financial statements and related performance documents needed to assess risk and make a loan recommendation. You will need information for this year and last year.
- You can distribute the financial statements and related performance documents without disclosing confidential company information.
Loan Recommendation
To arrive at your recommendation, analyze the financial performance of the requesting company and present it to your organizations upper-management team. The management team will take your recommendation into consideration as they finalize loan requests.
Analyze the company’s performance and performance trends. Include the following in your analysis:
- Analyze the trend for accounts receivable collections.
- Identify the trend.
- Explain the relevance of the trend.
- Determine if the trend is improving or getting worse.
- Compare the company’s average inventory turnover to the industry average inventory turnover rate. Note that the average industry turnover rate for Ace Company is 10 times per year.
- Consider whether the companys average inventory turnover is higher or lower than the industry average.
- Explain whether a higher or lower average is better.
- Determine whether the trend is improving or getting worse.
- Evaluate the company’s short-term and long-term credit worthiness based on financial performance and trend (comparing this year to last year). Include in your evaluation:
- Information about performance and trends.
- Information about other relevant financial information you consider important to the decision.
- Your recommendation regarding whether the bank should grant the loan based on the financial data.
Deliverable Format
The management team of your organization requests this information in the form of a 12 page executive summary along with a title page, references page, and appendix of supporting information. The executive summary must highlight the key findings from your review and will provide your recommendation and rationale. The appendix must include data used in your analysis for others to review. Assume that this document is the only communication in regard to your analysis and recommendation and that you will not be with the team to explain anything as it deliberates. In other words, the documentation you provide must be well organized and include information for the management team to clearly see your recommendation and rationale.
Related company report standards:
- The executive summary is a professional document and should therefore follow the corresponding MBA Academic and Professional Document Guidelines, including single-spaced paragraphs.
- In addition to the executive summary, include:
- A title page.
- A references page.
- Appendix with supporting materials. If you are using a firm or scenario of your choosing, ensure faculty has sufficient information to understand how you reached your recommendation.
- At least two APA-formatted references.
Evaluation
By successfully completing this assessment, you will demonstrate your proficiency in the following course competencies through corresponding scoring guide criteria:
- Competency 1: Explain how accounting concepts and practices impact financial reporting.
- Analyze the trend for the companys accounts receivable collections.
- Compare the companys average inventory turnover ratio to an industry average.
- Competency 2: Apply principles of accounting to assess financial performance.
- Evaluate the companys short-term and long-term credit worthiness.
- Competency 4: Communicate financial information with multiple stakeholders.
- Communicate accounting information clearly.
Faculty will use the scoring guide to review your recommendation as if they were a member of your organizations management team. Review the scoring guide prior to developing and submitting your assessment.
ePortfolio
This portfolio work project demonstrates your competency in applying knowledge and skills required of an MBA learner in the workplace. Include this in your personal ePortfolio.
Note: Faculty may also use the Writing Feedback Tool to provide feedback on your writing. In the tool, click the linked resources for helpful writing information.
Civil Right Movement and Equality: use resource and material to write three video summaries and two journals.
Im studying and need help with a History question to help me learn.
this assignment are separate in 5 different part. I will give you the instruction for each part.
1.watch video then follow the question to write an brief entry about it.( 1 paragraph, about half page long.)
you will write up a one paragraph reflection on the assigned Eyes on the Prize episode. This documentary series, produced between 1987 and 1990 remains the foremost record of the civil rights era, and one of the most important lens through which many people view the Civil Rights movement. Your entry should focus on how the film presented this period of the Civil Rights Era. What did you learn from the film? What aspects of the movement were emphasized in the episode? Were there other views or subjects covered in your readings that were not included? What interpretation of the Civil Rights movement did you take away from this episode?
Episode 9: https://vimeo.com/45511413
2. watch video then follow the question to write an brief entry about it.( 1 paragraph, about half page long.)
same instruction and question as above,
Episode 12: A Nation of Law? https://vimeo.com/49981380
3. watch video then follow the question to write an brief entry about it.( 1 paragraph, about half page long.)
you will write up a one paragraph reflection on the assigned video resource: Latino Americans: Prejudice and Pride,
Your entry should focus on your response to the following focus questions:
What similarities and what differences did you see in the between the Chicano civil rights movement and the African American civil rights movement in the 1960s? How would you account for these?
These entries for each video should be separately. Do not write them into one article.
4. Women and Civil Rights documents analysis, analyze the document below, then write a short journal to answer the following question( 2 paragraph, little bit longer than half page).
In recent interview, John Lewis reflected on his experience in the civil rights movement and noted that the discrimination within the movement against women has often been overlooked. Yet, as he suggested, women were often the ones doing a lot of the work and heavy lifting of the movement.
In 1964 and 1965, women within the student movement began to gather together to discuss their experience as women. The position paper and memo they produced were important documents in the origins of the women’s liberation movement. Review the attached documents and answer the following question in one or two paragraphs(attached below, total 2 files),
In what ways did their experience within the Civil Rights movement open the eyes of young female activists to issues of gender and inequality?
5. Unit discussion, use course resource to answer the following question( 2-3 paragraphs, more than half page.)
Draw on course resources (readings, videos, and document problems) to answer the following questions in a substantial (1-2 paragraph) response. You should use parenthetical citations to indicate when you are referring to a course resource i.e. (Theoharis, 99).
In this Unit, the films from the Eyes on the Prize series seem to suggest a break between the phase of the civil rights movement that achieved its greatest success in the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1965 and the phase that begins at the end of the 1960s (in fact these films were made at a separate time from the first six). Yet, Theoharis suggests that even in these changes, we should see continuities throughout the long civil rights movement in terms of goals, the significance of women’s leadership, and the harassment of civil rights leaders.
Thinking about the unit as a whole, what continuities, and what changes do you see in the civil rights movement as it moves into the 1970s? Why did the American public see it as a break? Why was black power viewed as a threat?
Those five part need to be done separately, all of those answers don’t have to be too long, but they all need to answer the question clearly and completely.

Today there are plenty of patient rights in the United States but the one that I feel is the most important is Access to emergency services, if you have severe pain, an injury, or sudden illness that makes you believe that your health is in danger, you have the right to be screened and stabilized using emergency services. You should be able to use these services whenever and wherever you need them, without needing to wait for authorization and without any financial penalty. (Navicent Health, 2020). Having access to healthcare I believe is the most important, because in America plenty of hospitals or facilities deny healthcare due to no insurance. To deny someone healthcare that truly needs it I feel is wrong and is a crime, as in the military we treat everyone regardless. The goal for access to healthcare is to attain the best outcome possible through locations where we as the people need healthcare and finding a provider with this access to feel comfortable with to keep on going to every time, we need it. But to deny someone healthcare is wrong and thats why I feel it is the most important right.

ENG – 350 Module 1 Tasks
Can you help me understand this English question?
I need someone to complete two tasks:
Initial Post due in 6 hours: It should be at least 2 paragraphs.
Preview the two sample papers.
It is important that you are familiar with the requirements of the final project in order to adequately prepare for each milestone and continue to refine and improve on your ideas as you learn more about the application of the English language. You will not be analyzing the literature or the writing represented by your two selections; rather, you will be using the two selections to analyze and critique samples of language usage that show how the language itself has evolved between the selections two composition dates.
The purpose of your research project is to analyze and critique how the English language has evolved during the time period between your two selections.
There are two parts to your final project. First, you will create an analysis and critique paper on how the English language has changed. Then, you will reflect on the process and impact of your analysis on your personal use of language.
You will begin by selecting two different pieces to analyze for key linguistic principles and their use of the English language. Your choice can be two written pieces, two spoken pieces, or a combination of the two (one of each). The pieces you choose must come from different time periods in order to explore the historical influence on language. Pieces should originate at least 10 years apart from each other.
Note: The more different the language in your two selections, the easier your research project will be. Avoid choosing two selections that represent the same regional dialect unless their language usage reflects big changes. For example, the language of two Midwesterners would be too similar. However, depending on the historical period, for one the word “salty” references a flavor while for a contemporary internet user, it’s slang for “agitated” or “angry.”
Submit the following two parts in one post:
Introduce yourself to the class and share any thoughts or concerns you have about the final project or about this course. Then, discuss how you think environmental, historical, or cultural influences have shaped your use of the English language.
Using the Final Project Guidelines and Rubric document and the Final Project Review Worksheet document, address the following:
- Which two pieces of written or spoken work are you interested in analyzing for your final project?
- Dracula by Bram Stoker published May 26, 1897
- Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice published May 5, 1976
- What past experiences will help you in your critique and analysis?
Please cite all resources in MLA format.
Two Peer Posts due on 1/12/20: These posts should be at least 1 paragraph in length. They should also be written as though I am having a conversation with my peer. I will share a link to the peer posts after I have selected a tutor.
In your response posts, select one person to respond to who has chosen written or spoken works that are obviously different from yours, and select a second person to respond to whose selections are similar to yours.
Explain the similarities and differences you see in their selections compared with your selections.
Additionally, offer advice in which you identify critical elements of the final project that could be difficult to address using the selected pieces of work.
Refer to the Discussion Rubric for directions on completing these discussions.
