Project: Course Project: Publicity Campaign Proposal
I dont know how to handle this Sociology question and need guidance.
Social change requires the committed actions of the many, not the few. This week, you create a cohesive publicity campaign proposal designed to maximize public exposure and support for your social change issue.
- What message or messages would you craft? To whom would they be addressed?
- How would you deliver your message(s) to most effectively reach the intended audience(s)? Consider the pros and cons of all forms of information dissemination. These include the Internet (websites, blogs, social media sites), print ads, TV and radio ads, PowerPoint presentations, community posters and pamphlets, billboards, speaker presentations, community gatherings, and phone campaigns.
In a 2- to 3-page paper, describe your proposed overall approach and process for publicizing your social issue. Address the following, making sure to support your statements with references to this weeks required readings:
- Briefly describe the social issue and what you would like to achieve through this publicity campaign.
- To whom would you reach out? Why? (Note: Think creatively about the support you would most like to have and most need.)
- How would you reach out? What methods would you use to inform and inspire? Why?
- Are there any groups or individuals with whom you would most like to connect? Why?
- What messages would you incorporate into your campaign? Why do you think this messaging would resonate with potential interested individuals or groups? (Note: Messaging can be different for different intended audiences.)
- In launching this campaign, what would be the first step you would take and why?
- In a conclusion to this essay, explain why you believe that this approach will be successful. Be sure to align your rationale to the social issue.
- Be sure to include an introduction, body, conclusion, and reference page, using APA format to cite each of your sources in the body of your paper.

I dont understand this Marketing question and need help to study.
Respond to this student 50-100.
With forecasting may be defined as the process of assessing the future normally using calculations and projections that take account of the past performance, current trends, and anticipated changes in the foreseeable period ahead. Whenever the managers plan business operations and organisational set-up for the years ahead, they have to take into account the past, the present and the prevailing economic, political and social conditions. Forecasting provides a logical basis for determining in advance the nature of future business operations and the basis for managerial decisions about the material, personnel and other requirements. When basis of planning, when a business enterprise makes an attempt to look into the future in a systematic and concentrated way, it may discover certain aspects of its operations requiring special attention. However, it must be recognized that the process of forecasting involves an element of guesswork and the managers cannot stay satisfied and relaxed after having prepared a forecast. The forecast will have to be constantly monitored and revisedparticularly when it relates to a long- term period. Forecasting is needed for a business so managers and owner can get idea of future and past sales of a business. This helps with how productive the business is and can be and what changes need to happen in order to prosper in the future.

Week 4 Discussuon -Olaniyi Oyebode
I dont understand this Writing question and need help to study.

Confidence intervals (CI) can be described in terms of confidence levels as a range of values defined by the confidence level within which the population parameter is estimated to fall, which in other words could be referred to as a margin of error. While Confidence level is the likelihood, expressed as a percentage or a probability, that a specified interval will contain the population parameter (Frankfort-Nachmias and Leon-Guerrero, 2018). In this week’s discussion on confidence intervals analysis, a continuous variable named “prestg10” with label “Rs occupational prestige score (2010)” was selected.
- For 100 random sample at 95% confidence interval (Valid cases here is 3)
- For 100 random sample at 90% confidence interval (Valid number here is 3)
- For 400 random sample at 95% confidence interval (Valid number here is 12)
- For 400 random sample at 90% confidence interval (Valid number here is 12)
In each of 95% confidence interval, the lower and upper bound of the confidence interval for mean shows more confident that the true value in the Rs occupational prestige score (2010) is represented in the interval while the 90% confidence interval represented less. However, 95% is less specific measure than a 90% confidence interval as it captures a broader range of values. It seems more acceptable to use a 90% confidence interval in other to extend the result to the general score.
Effects of levels of confidence and sample size
The effect of the different levels of confidence concerning sample size is that when the sample size increase, the width of confidence intervals decreases because it decreases the standard error (Frankfort-Nachmias, and Leon-Guerrero, 2018, Wagner, 2016, Attia, 2005). The 100 and 400 random samples give 8.888 and 4.485 standard error, respectively; in other words, the standard error gets lower as the sample size increases. (See the graphics).
Confidence intervals are underutilized
Confidence intervals are considered underutilized when researchers fail to include CI whenever a sample statistic such as a mean or difference in means is presented as an estimate of the corresponding parameter (Sim, and Reid, 1999). Also, for not making CI part of the results of hypothesis tests, to showcase the level of confidence that the CI matched to the level of statistical significance for the hypothesis test (Sim, and Reid, 1999).
Implications of using or not using CI
The information provided by CIs could be used to assess the importance of study findings (Sim and Reid, 1999). For example, market research is good at providing information to reduce risk. So, CI would help the researcher with the provision of knowledge and understanding, which would allow the readers to value the alternatives and make better decisions effectively. However, when CI is not in use, researchers can only report a number, and he/she might not be specific enough then to provide a range of data in which he/she is over-representing the precision of the results (Attia, 2005). So, interpretation of confidence level based on the analysis shows that the test looks significant because the range of data used does not include 0 or minus value. Otherwise, the test will not be not significant, I mean, if 0 is included within the range of the lower and upper bound (Frankfort-Nachmias and Leon-Guerrero, 2018).
