Finish Coding the rest of Jaylen’s excel sheet. Use the directions below to help you and the coding example sheet attached.  Step 1: Start by finishing the first-level coding (primary coding)  people’s answers. Think of this stage as dumping everything out that’s in a bucket to a) see what’s even in the bucket and b) sort it into fairly specific piles (such as two people are saying the exact same thing just with slightly different wording).  Step 2: After you’ve finished Step 1, look over your codes and think about what the second-order coding might look like. How would you group these aspects together? Remember that we want to come up with categories of goals that describe “what did this person want to accomplish with their communication?” We want these categories to be mutually exclusive (what fits into one category doesn’t fit into any others) but also not so broad and overarching that we only end up with two-three categories. I started brainstorming a codebook and categories, and then ended up mainly writing down questions that I felt needed to be resolved to figure out the overarching categories (I created a second sheet to brainstorm in and started trying to recode everything at the second-order in the first sheet in the notes column; you can organize this however).

For this assignment, select a recent criminal case in your city or local geographical area ( I live in Wilmington, North Carolina) from the past six months. Consider how you would investigate this case. Write a 3–4-page paper in which you: 1. Assemble a set of guidelines based on your textbook readings for conducting a preliminary crime scene investigation for this criminal case.  2. Discuss at least one way data mining can be used in order to conduct an efficient follow-up investigation for this case.  3. Identify the major crimes in this case and specify the reporting procedures. 4. Consider the four most important characteristics of an effective criminal investigator and discuss the level of effectiveness that was brought to this case by the investigator. Was the investigation effective? Where could there be improvements? 5. In what way can law enforcement investigators conduct efficient and effective investigations while maintaining the rights of both the victim(s) and the accused(s) in a criminal case?  6. Cite three references from the past two years. Note: Wikipedia and similar types of websites do not qualify as academic resources. Clarity, writing mechanics, and formatting requirements.

This assignment require you to analyze Walmart and Southwest airline. Please analyze each element of primary activities (Inbound and outbound logistics, Operations, Marketing and sales, and Service) and Support activities (Firm infrastructure, Human resource management, Technology development, and Procurement) within these two company. Make sure have a title when you explaining them. Point out the similar and differs between them. Make each factors as detail as possible. Walmart has advantages in their technology when they competing with others, low price compare with others. Southwest airlines has advantages in their management, high efficiency, One airplane model, low cost advantage, etc. Use value chain(Primary Activities and Support Activities) concept from Ch 3 to write this paper. You may need to know the concept Cost Advantage from Ch 4. Make sure you read the case #1 Walmart and case #4 Southwest Airlines. No need to mention to much background information, get to the point directly. No outside source please! Southwest Airlines and Walmart are in two different industries and have two completely different mission statements. Walmart’s mission statement is “to save people money so they can live better.” Southwest Airlines believes they should, “become the world’s most loves, most flown, and most profitable airline.” Both companies are the low price leaders in their industries, both take full advantage of competitive advantage, and both use cost advantage model to achieve strategic advantage. Explain how Walmart’s and Southwest’s Value Chain is similar and how it differs to create a strategic advantage in their respected industries.
