In this assignment, you will use a temperature data of various cities in the world. The dataset is given in “tempData.txt” file, in which each line begins with a city name and continues with 12 temperature values for each month (from January to December). You will write a C++ program that reads temperature data from the file and calculates the average temperature for each city in file.
