Criminal justice is often in the news and many news stories relate to issues in community policing.  For this assignment, you are required to find a newspaper article or news story, published since January 1, 2016 that addresses community policing. These stories should not be sensationalized articles (e.g., George Zimmerman, Lindsay Lohan) or brief articles from such sources as the Associated Press (I’ve included some tips below to help you identify an appropriate article). Instead, these stories should illustrate some of the concepts and issues we’ve discussed in the first part of this course.
