What vulnerabilities have the COVID19 crisis exposed in the field of Organizational Behaviour? Research an organization’s response to the COVID19 crisis. Black Educators
All the components of my topic and what the audience needs to know is when public schools began, and who started them, who they were created for and when black people were allowed to attend and once they attended how they were treated within school systems. This problem has been occurring since public schools first began hiring black teachers and are still going on today. This is happening worldwide but I really want to focus on the issue in America.

Effect of Bullying in Catholic Schools
A Catholic School needs to be constantly evolving to meet the needs of students in effective and nourishing ways. School leadership is responsible for creating an environment where this can happen. Choose an area of growth for a faculty community you are familiar with. Describe the context of the school, reflect on the need for the action plan, create strategies for effective implementation. Experimental Design
Suppose that you have been hired by a local school district to conduct educational research at the districts largest middle school. The district is concerned because there has been a dramatic increase in student discipline issues over the past six months. The district has asked you to conduct an experiment to determine the best intervention for reducing behaviour problems among middle school students. You must apply the experimental design skills you learned in this class to address this practical research problem. Your assignment will take the form of a PowerPoint presentation in which you present your findings to the school district, the administration and teachers, and other stakeholders. To complete this assignment, download the provided PowerPoint template (Experimental Design Project Template.pptx). First, you will develop the introduction and literature review. Using the PsycINFO database, locate literature on the topic of student classroom behaviour and use these articles to establish the importance of the problem. Next, conduct a brief literature review to determine a viable research-based intervention that you could try in this research setting. Summarize (and cite) three published articles advocating for this intervention approach. Next, state a clear hypothesis (how you think the intervention will affect students classroom behaviour). In the next part of your presentation, you will describe in detail the participants, classroom behaviour measure, and experimental procedure that you will use in this study. Make sure to include the number of participants, what grade they are in, and any other information that is unique to your sample. For the measure section, determine how you will measure student classroom behaviour. If you choose a published instrument, describe it and provide validity information with a citation. For the procedure section, describe your experiment in detail. Drawing from the articles you cited in the literature review, explain the intervention that you will use in the experimental condition and how it will differ from the control group. Finally, discuss two limitations of your study and two potential threats to validity and how these might affect the results of your study. Also, explain the ethical concerns that need to be addressed in this study and how you will protect the rights of your research participants. On your last slide, provide the APA-style references for all the articles you cited in the presentation. Recognizing Words in Print
When teaching students to recognize words in print, teachers can use a variety of activities before, during, and after reading to help students understand words, word meanings, and how words go together. Utilizing appropriate strategies that incorporate print concepts will help increase students word recognition skills. Use the Recognizing Words in Print Template to complete this assignment. Part 1: Strategies Research and summarize, in 250-500 words, a minimum of five strategies for teaching word recognition and print concepts to elementary students with language delays or disabilities. Keep in mind strategies that help students monitor for their own errors. Within your summary, identify the conditions under which the identified strategies are intended to be delivered (e.g., content area, class setting, required resources, if intended for a specific type of disability). Support your findings with 2-3 scholarly resources. Part 2: Activities Identify a small group of 2-3 kindergarten students, using the Class Profile, who would benefit from further development of their word recognition or print concepts skills. Identify a text appropriate to use with the small group identified. Draft a 250-500 word outline summarizing three activities to reinforce word recognition and print concepts, utilizing the identified text. Be sure to incorporate at least three of the strategies from Part 1 into your activities. Part 3: Rationale In 250-500 words, rationalize your instructional decisions from Part 2. Be sure to explain how the identified strategies and activities enhance the language development of the students in the identified small group. Cite the Class Profile where appropriate.

Engaging Families and the Community
