Choose a contentious issue that is in the news right now. Write one page in which you describe how people could use a generative approach to talk about this contentious issue. Then write one page that describes how someone might use a persuasive approach to influence the opinions of others. Then in a half a page, discuss the differences and similarities between these two approaches to argument. Your two and a half essay should be written in MLA format. Please inform me of a possible topic before the essay is written. Please note that you are not writing an essay over your topic, but simply discussing how you would write the essay if you were to argue it using the approaches generative and persuasive.

This is a fact claim essay that requires supporting claims and one or more opposing views. My topic is on why I believe immigration is not a problem to the US and how I feel they should not be kicked out due to their hard working skillful labor they provide to the business industry.
