What happened to family’s through the process of assimilation

The repeating first and third lines of Elizabeth Bishop’s poem “One Art” claim that “The art of losing isn’t hard to master” and that “loss is no disaster.” How does the rest of the poem support or contradict thise claims? How does the theme of loss in this poem relate to at least ONE other worked assigned in this class this term? (The another poem is “Rime of the Ancient Marinen”) This can be short, a least 1 paragraph!! I really need this before 4:10 pm today 🙂
