How did European colonialism introduce new ideas of gender, race and class in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries? How did it provide new social ‘contact zones’ and relationships between men and women, Europeans and non-Europeans? And in what ways was the colonial encounter framed in the language of the ‘civilizing mission’

Don’t use first person and must answer these questions  1). What were the Crusades 2. What was the purpose of the crusades? Give some of the background information. 3. Who participated? Why were men (and women) so willing to become involved in these events? What was the appeal and what was the benefit? 4.What was the desired outcome of the Crusades? Was this goal realized? 1. “The time has come for a new movement toward true equality for all women in America,” declared the 1966 Statement of Purpose of the National Organization for Women. This is an alternative option to visiting a museum or art gallery. For this option, select and curate 5 works of art to include in your own art museum. Use your textbook and online sources to help you find these works of art. A good resource for this assignment is the Google Arts and Culture website from the Google Cultural Institute. Here you can immerse yourself in cultural experiences across art, history and wonders of the world—from more than a thousand museums across 70 countries. Write a 2–3 page report of 500–750 words that describes your experience. Select a minimum of 5 works of art by 5 different artists from different time periods discussed from the 18th century to modern times.
