Many organizations maintain that their people are, in fact, their most important asset. A leader must be able to effectively steward, support, strengthen, empower and develop this resource. Based on what you’ve learned this week (and throughout this course), explain at least 2 ways in which you will intentionally “strengthen” those who look to you as a leader.

Throughout this course, you have studied both dark and light leadership theories. This assignment involves the development of a brief strategic plan for building a collaborative service delivery model for the organization you have selected for your project assignments.
