Using the U.S. Census Bureau’s latest Census information (click on United States Census Bureau (Links to an external site.) and find the section under “The American Community Survey”), gather county-level data for the service population of your healthcare department. If you know that your department serves a multi-county area, include data from all of the areas that encompass the primary service area for your organization.
