Cholera and inequality is a rich topic to study, so good start! But this is very broad for the paper. I would recommend picking one aspect of inequality–poor access to water infrastructure, perhaps? And in terms of the geographical location, you can narrow it further by picking either one specific context or compare 1-2 places. Haiti is a great choice to explore your themes, or places in Asia. Lastly, try to articulate an argument about this theme, for example: how does water infrastructure shape the spread of cholera among poor in X country. Just some ideas to think about!
