Questions to be thinking of when writing this assignment (not necessarily to be answered explicitly): 1. Is child labor socially sustainable? 2. Why is child labor occurring in different parts of the world? 3. What does child labor do in relation sustainability and the considerations of present and future well-being? 4. Are there socio-political supports to continue (or to stop) child labor and why? 5. From the readings, what are some historical social, economic and political elements that may have impacts on driving child labor around the world (these are different than historical cultural dimensions)? For this assignment you are required to: · Include a title and reference page (in addition to your 3-5 pages), double-space, and use 12 point font. · Use in-text citations and include a reference page (style is up to you but you must be consistent and appropriate formatting is required). · Include the materials from Module 4 (this week). · Include more than one of the required materials in the previous modules lessons. · Include at least one suggested reading from the course or a material found on your own. · Draw in critical thinking on the materials you have selected into a coherent narrative on the issue and primary theories and practices we have learned in the class. · Incorporate your personal perspectives as they relate to your belief structures and values and how they integrate with your learning from this course and other courses you may have taken.
