Class Concepts

Choose a court case related to forensic science filed and highlight the areas of the trial that relate to class concepts. –      Summary of the case in great detail. As many pages as are necessary to convey the relevant case details. 1)   Use trial transcript. 2)   Highlight course concepts throughout the transcript. §  Annotate your analysis of the highlighted concept – Examples include, but are not limited to:  §  Why is this concept important? §   How is it relative?  §  Are there other rules that might apply?  §  What objections might you expect? §   How might this impact you in the future?
