Effects of Abusing Drugs

Is drug use a social problem?Write a paper about a controversial issue from the course or textbook. The goal of the paper is for you to examine an issue that is opposite from your own personal view. Choose an issue that you feel strongly about. Additional topics need prior instructor approval.
