[ORDER SOLUTION] Extremist Terrorism

An analysis of why interstate war has decreased but intrastate conflict has increased (such as resource conflicts – blood diamonds etc – or localized extremist terrorism such as Boko Haram). your goal would be to ascertain and explain what factors are causing these intrastate conflicts, and what role governments play (or don’t) in fueling these conflicts. I suggest focusing on only one part of the world, such as sub-Saharan Africa, the work is manageable and not all over the place.As a side note, Wikipedia does not count as a valid site in and of itself.
