Final Paper
The Week 6 Final Paper is the culmination of all of the ethical theories and philosophers we have studied in PHIL200 and is an extension of the Week 3 Paper Proposal Assignment. The paper should be between 1500 – 2000 words, submitted as an attachment as an MS Word or Word compatible document.
Please use the citation style of your program of study and the reference page/bibliography does not need to be annotated, but you should have properly formatted in-text citations and a complete reference page. I’ve attached the bibliography that was made for this paper.

THE BIBLIOGRAPHY Immigration I will first examine the care ethics theory and explore how the theory describes the key elements in human life that influence how people relate and depend on each other.
Then, I will utilize this information to discuss the issue of immigration in the United States and Europe and what can be done promote the wellbeing of immigrants in foreign countries while also ensuring that the wellbeing of the citizens of the countries is guaranteed. This article will be used to provide information on the dependency and vulnerability which are key concepts of care ethics. The article defines both concepts and how they influence human relationships providing a good foundation for understanding and addressing issues such immigration. Sullivan, Michael J. “Legalizing parents and other caregivers:
A family immigration policy guided by a public ethic of care.” Social Politics 23.2 (2016): 263-283. This article will provide information on how the care ethics theory can be applied in the formulation of immigration policies that will enable children of immigrants to be recognized as key members of the society and reward the dependency work of their immigrant parents and caregivers. I will use this article to describe how immigrants play an important role in caregiving in the foreign nations and how this as resulted in dependency on them by the citizens of the foreign nations.
